I can’t go out tonight, but St. Louis is blessed with two great shows: Blitzen Trapper at Off Broadway and Delta Spirit at The Firebird. You can’t really go wrong with either one.

Thanks to everyone that came out on Saturday to see us play at Hair of the Dog! We think we rocked, and hope you do, too! We wish Anna could have been there, but you do what you have to do, sometimes. Thanks to the RFT and the fine folks at HOTD.

ALSO – we are heading into Sawhorse Studios tonight to begin recording an EP – we will keep you up to date!

RFT Music Awards!

So we were nominated for a Riverfront Times Music Award a few weeks ago – for Best Indie Band! If you haven’t had a chance to vote yet please go vote for us now! You can do it here.

We are also playing a show this Saturday as a part of the RFT Music Showcase, which features a ton of the bands that were nominated for awards. The event takes place this Saturday, June 5th from 1pm through 3am on Washington Avenue. There are two outdoor stages and there will be bands playing in nearly every bar on Wash Ave.

We are playing at Hair of the Dog at 7pm.

Thanks to everyone who braved the tornado-laden weather last Friday to support us and got to see four great bands. Holly Golightly was great, as were The Campfire Club, and The Old Capital Square Dance Club was a wonderful surprise of goodness.
